Wonder Bhutan is the travel brand of Basnet Adventures, a tour operator licensed by Bhutan’s Department of Tourism and based in Thimphu. We plan private trips across the country and guide them ourselves.

We are a Bhutanese-owned company, based in Thimphu.
How we work
You deal with us directly, from the first email to the airport farewell. We do not sell through agents, and we do not pass your trip to another company.
Every trip is private. You travel with your own guide and driver, at your own pace, and the plan can change on the day if the weather or your energy suggests it should.
Our licence
Basnet Adventures holds tour operator licence no. 6013322 from the Department of Tourism. You can check it on the Department’s register of tour operators.

Our office is in the Zomlha Building in Thimphu. If you are already in Bhutan, come in and talk to us.
